Your role as: Export Operations Clerk

Due to a growth with new business, we are looking to expand the operation team and are looking for export operation clerk who has experience especially in sea freight export operations.
The ideal candidate will have basic freight forwarding experience for export , ideally live local to West Drayton or within the Heathrow area, be enthusiastic, and willing to learn. What would be essential is that the candidate is a quick learner and be prepared to be fully trained in all aspects of export operation.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
– freight export and Customs clearances.
– Handling Sea – 70%/Air – 20% / Road – 10% export shipments.
– Speaking to customers on a daily basis.
– Liaising with shipping lines, airlines, handling agents, transporter, Customs, and overseas offices.
– Raising files, documents and invoices
– Arrange collections
